O

Oak Tree Supported Living

Oak Tree Supported Living believes that adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs deserve a home — not just a placement. Our supported living houses and residential services are genuinely person-centred, built around individual choices, goals, and daily routines. We support people to access community life, develop independence, and build meaningful relationships.

Culture

Our staff are committed, creative, and deeply respectful of the people they support. We invest in specialist training — including PBS, active support, and autism-informed practice — and we expect our teams to bring their whole selves to work.
