About Me

I have spent five years working with children and young people with complex needs in residential care and semi-independent settings in the Leeds and Bradford area. I am trained in trauma-informed practice and therapeutic crisis intervention, and I understand deeply how past trauma shapes behaviour.

I am consistent, boundaried, and warm — qualities that I know matter enormously to young people who have experienced disrupted attachments. I am committed to high aspirations for the young people I support and I work hard to maintain the stability and predictability they need.
