About Me
I am an autism specialist support worker based in Bristol with five years of experience in supported living with adults who have autism and learning disabilities. I hold an NVQ Level 3, PBS Practitioner training, and Makaton Level 2, and I have a particular interest in alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) and sensory-informed approaches.
I am a careful observer, a consistent presence, and a genuine advocate for the people I support. I believe that understanding the sensory and communication needs of an individual transforms the quality of support you can offer them, and I am always expanding my knowledge in this area.
