About Me
I am a support worker with four years of experience in learning disabilities and supported living, currently based in Birmingham. I am trained in PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) and Makaton, and I have worked extensively with adults who have communication difficulties and behaviours that challenge.
I believe in active support — that every interaction is an opportunity for the person I support to participate and develop skills. I am patient, creative, and genuinely committed to the people I work with having full, connected lives in their communities.
