Bright Futures Care was founded to give children and young people with complex needs, autism, and EBD a place where they are genuinely understood and supported to thrive. Our small residential homes and supported living provisions are therapeutic, nurturing, and built on consistent, trusting relationships between young people and the adults around them.
Working with children and young people is demanding and deeply rewarding. We support our teams with regular training, reflective supervision, strong management, and a culture where staff feel safe to raise concerns and celebrate progress.
"To give every young person we support a stable, caring environment where they can grow, learn, and build towards independence."
Bright Futures Care provides specialist residential and supported living services for children, young people, and young adults with complex needs, autism, and emotional and behavioural difficulties across Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire.
