About Me
I am an experienced senior carer with eight years working in residential dementia care and live-in settings across Surrey. My work has been shaped by a genuine belief that the quality of someone’s day matters deeply, regardless of what stage of life they are in. I take a person-centred approach in everything I do, and I am particularly skilled at building trust with people who find communication difficult due to their dementia.
I hold an NVQ Level 3 and am trained in dementia care mapping, which I have used to improve care outcomes in a previous residential role. I am reliable, calm, and known for having a warm rapport with both residents and their families.
